Statement of Responsibilities and
Purpose:
To identify, recommend, investigate, research and plan
special events, educational seminars, parties, etc. for the benefit of SCA members and
report to the Activities Director and the Board accordingly.
- Identify speakers, entertainers, presenters and
brainstorm for unique and creative events for the benefit of SCA members and report to the
Activities Director and the Board accordingly.
Membership:
The Committee is a standing committee of 7 to 12
members. Its members are recommended by the committee chairperson, appointed by the Board,
and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board. (Activities Director to be an ex officio
member)
Meeting Times/Locations:
The Activities Committee meets on the last Monday of
the month at 1:00 PM in the Village Center.
