Sunflower Hiking Club:

Purpose:

To provide a no-hassles organization that encourages hiking in the Tucson area.

Membership Requirements/Dues:

Membership is available to any Sunflower resident. Members may also invite guests.  There are no dues. If you want to hike during hiking season, come to the Village Center by 7:45 on Fridays. Bring lunch and water, wear sunscreen, hiking boots and comfortable clothes. Layers are best because the temperatures vary as we move up and down the mountains.

Meeting Times/Locations:

Hiking season runs approximately from early October to mid-April. We meet during hiking season on Fridays at 7:45 a.m. at the Village Center. The schedule of hikes will be posted at the Village Center. Most hikes return by mid-afternoon.
