MISSION STATEMENT
To be a vibrant fiscally responsible 55+ Active Adult community that promotes and fosters a sense of community, offering a variety of well-maintained amenities in an ecologically stainable desert environment.

Achieve the Association’s vision in an appropriate manner for the benefit of all Association Members by:

CIF Survey
​
All Sunflower property owners will be receiving a CIF Survey that will be used to determine what projects, if any, should be considered for funding using current CIF (Community Improvement Fund) funds. Every owner with a registered email address will receive one via email on Monday, December 29th. Owners without an email address on file will be mailed a paper survey on December 29th. Survey’s will also be available at the front desk for anyone who wants one.
The ballot box will be put out Monday, December 29th for Surveys. Survey’s can be filled out online, mailed to the Village center or dropped off in the ballot box. Everyone with a paper ballot is asked to put their account number on the top, so that it can be counted. Your account number is on your HOA receipts; if you can't locate it, the ladies at the front desk can look it up for you. All lots (owners) can fill out one survey. If two survey’s are filled out, they will be rejected. The final day to vote electronically and at the center is Friday, January 23rd. The survey will be tallied and the results announced at the January Board meeting.

If the board decides to move forward with any of the projects, there will be informational town hall meetings where the cost and implementation details will be discussed leading to a formal vote to approve the project(s) by the community as required by the CC&R’s.

Information for Sun Catcher and Communicator Submissions
Material for the Sun Catcher should be submitted to Nkaplan@associatedasset.com by the 12th of the month previous to the month of publication. Submissions should be in MS-Word format, Times New Roman 12pt font. Please limit article to 250 words or less.

Material for the Communicator should be in submitted in MS-Word to Lsak@associatedasset.com in Verdana 10pt font by 4pm on Wednesday of the week of publication. Please limit to 150 words or less.
