The ballot box was put out Monday, December 29th for Surveys. Survey’s can be filled out online, mailed to the Village center or dropped off in the ballot box. If you lost your survey, one can be picked up at the front desk or downloaded here. Everyone with a paper ballot is asked to put their account number on the top, so that it can be counted. Your account number is on your HOA receipts; if you can't locate it, the ladies at the front desk can look it up for you. All lots (owners) can fill out one survey. If two survey’s are filled out for the same lot, they will be rejected. The final day to vote electronically and at the center is Friday, January 23rd. The survey will be tallied and the results announced at the January Board meeting (and reported here).

If the board decides to move forward with any of the projects, there will be informational town hall meetings where the cost and implementation details will be discussed leading to a formal vote to approve the project(s) by the community as required by the CC&R’s.
