MISSION STATEMENT
To be a vibrant fiscally responsible 55+ Active Adult community that promotes and fosters a sense of community, offering a variety of well-maintained amenities in an ecologically stainable desert environment.

November 2025 Board Election
A special edition of the Sun Catcher with all of the election information is available at the Front Desk and online here.
Meet the Candidates sessions will be held on Saturday, September 27th, from 9:00 to 10:30AM, and Monday, September 29th, 6:30 to 8:00PM. During these sessions, the candidates will respond to questions that have been submitted in advance; no questions will be taken from the floor. Town Hall Meetings have also been scheduled to discuss the five ballot items that have been added. The Saturday Town Hall follows the Meet the Candidates session from 10:30 to 11:30AM and the Monday September 29th Town Hall is before the Meet the Candidates session from 5:00 to 6:00PM. These meetings will also be available via Zoom.
Electronic ballots were emailed to property owners with a current email address on file on Wednesday, September 24th. Please use the link to vote electronically; it is fast and easy. Some residents have noticed the ballot email showing up in their SPAM folder. Please let management know if you cannot locate your electronic ballot. Property owners with no email address on file will be mailed a paper ballot through USPS on October 1st.
The electronic voting will open Wednesday, October 1st and the deadline to vote electronically is Monday, November 3rd, closing at 5:00 p.m.
Paper ballots may be hand delivered to the Village Center ballot box on the credenza by the front desk of the Village Center starting Thursday, October 2ed and closing on Monday, November 3rd, at 5:00 p.m.
A homeowner may request a paper ballot before the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 5th (between 5:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.) and vote by presenting their proximity card.
Ballots returned by U.S. mail must be postmarked by Wednesday, October 29th.
NOTE: One ballot/vote per property; multiple ballots with the same lot number will be discarded.

Information for Sun Catcher and Communicator Submissions
Material for the Sun Catcher should be submitted to Nkaplan@associatedasset.com by the 12th of the month previous to the month of publication. Submissions should be in MS-Word format, Times New Roman 12pt font. Please limit article to 250 words or less.

Material for the Communicator should be in submitted in MS-Word to Lsak@associatedasset.com in Verdana 10pt font by 4pm on Wednesday of the week of publication. Please limit to 150 words or less.
