Purpose
Our purpose is to coordinate tennis activities in the Sunflower Community to benefit club members. These activities include our USTA events, round robin “Sunflower Tennis” for Ladies, Men and mixed, and Scheduled Doubles, which follow Sunflower Tennis in the mornings.
Membership Requirements/Dues
Membership is $12/calendar year. The privileges associated with membership in the Club include:
-Playing tennis with the “Sunflower Doubles” group in the early morning. (round robin tennis)
-Playing tennis with the “Scheduled Doubles” group following Sunflower Doubles. (traditional set tennis)
-Attendance at any social events that are Club sponsored.
-Attendance and the right to vote at the Annual Meeting in December, and any other special Club meetings that are announced by the Sunflower Tennis Club Executive Committee.
Meeting Times/Location
Business meetings are held in the Spring and Fall. Dates and times will be announced in the Sun Catcher. Mixed tennis plays Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Ladies Tennis plays Tuesday and Thursday.
